The Delivery Room
'The Delivery Room' is an interactive demonstration center engineered to provide a showcase platform for AXIOSS. It demonstrates the Suite's ability to integrate with key strategic partners both in terms of other software applications and hardware vendors and also tests connectivity with new products as the range of pre-configured interfaces increases.
Within the recognized Fulfillment, Assurance and Billing model (FAB) we have brought together leaders in their respective fields to clearly demonstrate a complete end-to-end solution.
What does it do?
The Delivery Room features best of breed applications that together creates a full service design, creation and delivery model. By utilizing the AXIOSS Gantt chart, we are able to simulate, using production software, a customer initiated order through various mediums:
- Service components being created using the AXIOSS modules and the AXIOSS Designer Tool
- The AXIOSS Component library being used to hold the configured service components
- The order being received by the AXIOSS Order to Service module
- The network resources being allocated by AXIOSS Service Inventory
- AXIOSS Service Inventory reporting to a Fault Management System
- A letter being sent to the customer confirming an installation date
- The Activation System physically configuring the service on the network
- The Order to Service module informing a billing system to raise the appropriate invoice
- AXIOSS Validator confirming that the service is live and operational to the customer
The Delivery Room demonstrates complete business transparency at every stage including how you overcome operational issues, such as zero touch provisioning, jeopardy management, fault resolution and stranded assets.
